Instead of fish ‘n’ chips, it’s a laptop
This is a minor Remix item, but it cannot be denied that this fits in the “recombination” category (not sure about the "smart" part).
The NY Times (among other places) reports that Mitemite Unnecessary Objects Lab in Barcelona has created a slender computer bag made of heavy duty plastic with a metal zipper and removable chain handle—and designed to look exactly like the folded front page of a newspaper. Once you slip your MacBook Pro notebook into this bag it’s cleverly disguised as yesterday’s news… and who’s going to steal that?
Some people will no doubt decide to save their money ($88) and wrap a real old newspaper around their laptop, but then you lose the gee whiz factor and just have dirty hands.
