Must try it on our next brain storming session. Does this strategy work for innovative processes or would it also work for improvement of existing processes. I think is will work to improve processes as well. I believe from an opportunity stand point there are more areas where we can improve a process than areas where we can bring some cutting edge innovation. Interesting concept.
