Roger Martin is dean of the Rotman School of Management in Toronto. Named one of the 10 most influential business professors in the world by BusinessWeek in 2007, Martin writes extensively on design and innovation, and has a special interest in “integrative thinking,” which he explores at length in his book The Opposable Mind.
