Emily Pilloton is founder and executive director of Project H Design, a San Francisco–based charitable organization focused on socially-conscious design initiatives for “Humanity, Habitats, Health, and Happiness.” Trained in architecture and industrial design, Pilloton lectures internationally about design activism and humanitarian product design, and is the author of Design Revolution: 100 Products that Empower People.
In Glimmer: Pilloton tells the story of how a simple water-transport device managed to transform the lives of the people using it.
